How and when will I receive access codes to the property?

Access codes will be emailed to the email address provided during your online booking. We do not have a key pick-up as all properties have electronic locks. You will also need access codes to enter the front gate, the pedestrian gate and the door @ Emerald Dolphin. The access codes will come from the  reservation system 1 week prior to arrival. Please check your junk or spam mail if you do not receive the codes within 7 days of your arrival.  

All entries have electronic locks so there is no key to pick-up. Access codes for the home, for the entry gates, and the pavilion gates will be sent via email 1 week prior to your arrival. Driving directions will also be sent at this time.

Is there a washer and dryer in the home? How about an iron and ironing board?

Yes we have a full-size washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board.

Do you provide a crib, high-chairs or booster seats for small children?

We keep a portable crib and dining chair in the laundry closet. 

Do you supply linens?

Yes. Linens for the home are provided. All bath towels, wash cloths, bed sheets, pillow cases, and kitchen towels, are provided.

Is WIFI and Cable Television provided?

Yes, free WIFI and Cable TV are provided. The WIFI passwords will be provided via email and are also posted in the home.

Can we check in early OR drop-off our luggage?

No. Our check-in time is at 4pm CST.

Are trailers permitted? How much parking is available?

Trailers, boats, jet skis, RV's and other similar vehicles are not permitted. The complex has plenty of parking. Parking instructions will be provided with check-in instructions. Parking permits are limited to 2 per reservation and will be left in the condo for you.


Are beach chairs, umbrellas and toys provided? Does the property have a pull wagon?

Yes! Inside the laundry room closet, you will find a pull wagon, 6 beach chairs, a beach tent, beach towels, 16 qt cooler and sand toys.


How far is the beach?


From the gated Emerald Dolphin entrance the first beach entry way is about 100 ft walk east down the path, then just across the street. This west side of the peninsula is known to be quieter and is generally less crowded than most other areas of the beach. It's 1.6 miles from the Pensacola Beach Gulf pier (the islands main hub with large public parking lot). As the parking is limited on this stretch of beach, it tends to be much less crowded. 

Do you supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soaps?

We provide a starter set which includes a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a roll of toilet paper and  hand soap for each bathroom, kitchen trash bags, dishwasher soap and soap pods for the clothes washer. Guests will need to buy additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.

What items do I need to bring?

Shampoo, suntan spray/lotion and ice chests. Some condiment items may be in the home such as salt/pepper, sugar, spices, and coffee filters, although they are not officially provided.

What small kitchen appliances and cooking utensils are provided?

We have all of the standard items that you would typically find in a kitchen for preparing family meals (pots, pans, knives, etc.) including a toaster, microwave, coffee pot and blender. Other special items tea pot and lobster pot.

Are there any restaurants that we can easily walk to from the property?

Peg Leg Pete's is very adjacent to the property between Emerald Dolphin and a small convenience store. There as so many great dining option, almost all within a mile. 


When does the Island Trolley operate?

The Island Trolley is free and operates daily from 4:00pm-12am March 25- September 3 and runs from 4pm-12am.
